Dear Residents,

RE: BIN CHUTES AND REFUSE ROOM ACCESS:

Due to the high number of bin chute blockages caused by oversized rubbish and or

recycling being forced into the chute, I have organised permanent extra bins

located in the Ground floor bin room.

Signs stating Residents Refuse/Recycling Room, will direct residents to the bin room.

Clothes Donations

You can also now donate any unwanted clothing you no longer need to the The

Brotherhood of St Laurence, where there is a Dark Grey wheelie bin with an Orange

Lid located in the bin room for clothes only.

For those that are unfamiliar with the location of this room, it is located next to the

Loading Bay in Coats Lane.

The locked doors can now be accessed with your apartment key.

Please follow the signage to the appropriate bins. Signs are installed above the bins

for ease of use.
